The personal data shall be processed by Enel S.p.A. and by the aforementioned companies solely in the pursuit of the above-stated purposes, in a legal and proper manner, in compliance with the regulations in force, also with the aid of electronic or at any rate automated media. Again for the same purposes, the personal data may be made known to the employees at the units of the Enel Group companies and La Fabbrica S.r.l., charged as processing workers with managing the initiative entitled "PlayEnergy." We also do hereby inform you that the subjects of the personal data are entitled to exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and, in particular, are entitled to be informed, at anytime, as to what their data are and how they are used. They shall also have the right to obtain updating, integration, rectification, or erasure, or to request blocking and oppose processing.
