ZOOM: THE KIT FOR THE CLASSROOM
The free PlayEnergy teaching kit provides the instructor and the classroom with a wealth of materials for learning about energy:
- teacher’s guide:three lessons on the world of energy, from sources to responsible use. Each lesson suggests experiments that can be repeated in the classroom, and also explains the theoretical principles underlying the subject, and the contributions made by renowned scientists. The guide closes with news from the energy world, and Enel’s role and activities;
- materials for students, with activities, interesting facts, and news to be discovered in the classroom or at home;
- the “places of science” guide listing the science museums in the eleven countries involved in the project for possible exploration online and off;
- the poster which can be hung in the classroom to start the PlayEnergy adventure, and also a reminder of the due date for entries in the project’s Wanted: eco-friendly ideas for your city contest;
- a guide with the new contest’s rules, entry form, and suggestions for producing the entries.
